So that you can enjoy the festival with reduced rates and experience the world from Melgaço, we propose two forms of participation:
• CINEholidays (July 28, 29, 30 and 31 and August 1)
• Hop to Melgaço (August 2 and 3).
You can register for both options, CINEholidays and A Hop to Melgaço*, choose just one, or select the specific days you’d like to participate in the Festival.
If you only want to join for meals and socialize with other festival participants, you can purchase meal vouchers at the Secretariat on the day(s) you’re in Melgaço.

We propose that you take, not a bumpy ride like the ones from that era, but a leap to Melgaço on August 2 and 3, and share with us the program we have prepared as part of MDOC - Melgaço International Documentary Film Festival.
• Alternatively to the early afternoon sessions on the 2nd (saturday), Hop to Melgaço participants may opt for guided tours in the Memória e Fronteira Museum and the Melgaço Cinema Museum, taking place from 2pm to 4pm. If so, participants should choose that option in the Entry Form.
• Travel between the different locations will be ensured by bus.
