In Melgaço, a transmission tower may be built, or it may not. On the horizon, the wind farms of Alto Minho. A vast landscape where everything and nothing changes, according to the eyes and the memories of its inhabitants. Recording these stories in a fragmented film diary woven from ephemeral encounters, three Brazilians follow literal and imaginary lines that lead them through the freguesias of Melgaço, from earth to sky.

Fernando, João and Lucas met at FAAP, during their bachelor's degree in Film, where their friendship soon turned into a creative partnership. Fernando Oikawa Garcia focuses on directing and runs cinema workshops while finishing his latest short film, “A Fiction Film”. Lucas Coca Matias is involved in the production field and works on his graduation film. João Pedro Filippini collaborates with a production company in São Paulo while also writing his own scripts for independent projects. Their first journey into documentary was shaped together, during the Frontal Shot Film Residency.
