International Federation of Film Societies Jury

Don Quijote Award

The Don Quijote Award is a prize from the IFFS – International Federation of Film Societies given in selected Festivals. The IFFS Jury in each Festival is composed by film society activists from any country of the world, selected among the nominations from national Federations of Film Societies. It consists of a diploma and the promotion of the film all over the world among film societies.

Mónica Ferreira

Mónica Ferreira

Mónica Ferreira has a degree in Video and Documentary Film. Participation in docLisboa and FEST - New filmmakers | New Cinema international festivals as assistant producer and programmer. She is currently coordinating several projects in the field of audiovisual culture within the Bairrada Film club, and promotes the work of young Portuguese filmmakers through the Shortcutz network.

Trond Onarheim

Trond Onarheim

Festival Coordinator on the West Coast of Norway, specialising in literature and theatre for young people, cooperates with The Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund for local screenings of festival films aimed for a young audience. Trond has a degree in Visual Arts from the University of Bergen and has studied Alternative Cinema at the University of Oslo. He is one of three founding members of Stord Film Society, which focuses on collaborative film events and social awareness.

Konrad Domaszewski

Konrad Domaszewski

Completed Law at the University of Warsaw and Film Studies at Janiellonian University in Cracow. Was the assistant director of the Polish major mation film Ciacho (directed by Patrick Vega, 2010) In 2011 he created cinema clun Faktor Berlinski at TLL and is strongly involved in its working. At the 48 Hours Film Project Warsaw festival in 2012 his own film “How Many Degrees is In A Warm Voice?” won 6 awards, namely film of the year. He created independent film studio Sashimodo Pictures (basically producing short movies, video clips and programs). The role is to continually evolve as artist and not to be limited to any particular genre of film. He likes Cronenberg, Polanski, Scorsese, Jodorowski and many many other directors. In 2014 he was member of the jury at the Jameson Cinefest 11th Miskolc International Film Festival in 2017 the member of the jury on 24th Etiuda & Anima International Film Festival and in 2018 in Coimbra on XXIV Caminhos Film Festival
